The event will be an opportunity to debate the limits, possibilities and capabilities of climate energy litigation in Brazil, considering the current political scenario and the need for energy transition in a country that has the capacity to lead the agenda in the world.

There will be also an opportunity to discuss civil society litigation experience between 2020 - 2024 against different environmental and climate setbacks in the country. A book collecting articles from various authors will be presented to the public.
