Ricardo Latapie

Ricardo studied law at Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas in Mexico City. After this, he worked at the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice, aiding in drafting legal opinions for Justice Arturo Zaldívar. In 2019, he started working as a researcher at the Supreme Court's Center for Constitutional Studies, a research center devoted to studying constitutional adjudication problems. Ricardo is currently studying in Columbia University's LL.M. program. He is interested in environmental and climate justice and discrimination law.
