President Biden Revokes Executive Orders That Fast-Tracked Environmental Reviews

On January 20, 2021, President Biden signed an Executive Order on Protecting Public Health and the Environment and Restoring Science to Tackle the Climate Crisis. Among other things, this executive order revokes two executive orders aimed at fast-tracking environmental review for major projects titled Establishing Discipline and Accountability in the Environmental Review and Permitting Process for Infrastructure Projects and Expediting Environmental Reviews and Approvals for High Priority Infrastructure Projects.
