On April 22, 2022, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) released Draft Climate Science Regional Action Plans for the nation’s marine resources for 2022 through 2024. The plans “are designed to increase the production, delivery and use of climate-related information” to facilitate the stewardship of the nation’s living marine resources. NOAA is accepting comments on the draft plans through June 2, 2022, and is specifically inviting comments on “(a) The clarity of the goals and activities in the draft Plans, (b) how to strengthen the draft Plans and activities; [and] (c) what additional goals and activities need to be addressed.”
