Niall Toru

Niall joined FoE in March 2021 having previously worked as a government lawyer. He specialises in public law litigation and in particular planning, environmental and infrastructure-related cases. He also has expertise in climate litigation. In addition to litigation, Niall has also acted in planning inquiries and appeals.
