Luciana Tse Chaves Garcia Rego

Researcher at the Research Group "Law, Environment and Justice in the Anthropocene" (JUMA/NIMA/PUC-Rio). Graduated in Law from PUC-Rio, lawyer. Former member of the Study and Research Group on the Inter-American Human Rights System (GEP-SIDH) of the Human Rights Center (NDH) at PUC-Rio. Former intern with the Public Defender's Office of the State of Rio de Janeiro at the 28th Criminal Court of the City of Rio de Janeiro.Was a scientific initiation researcher at JUMA/NIMA/PUC-Rio. Was a monitor in the Extension Courses "Environmental Law and Climate Change" and "Environmental, Social Compliance and Governance (ESG) for the Oil and Gas Sector", both organized by PUC-Rio. Former intern at Rennó, Penteado, Sampaio Advogados, in the Energy and Environmental Law area. Legal Assistant at Hotta Advocacia and post-graduate student in Civil Procedure Law at PUC-Rio.
