Kolawole Abiri

Kolawole is currently a PhD Candidate at the Schulich School of Law, Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria in 2000, and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2002. He also obtained Master of Legal Science (Uppsala University, Sweden), Master of International and Comparative Law (University of Eastern Finland, Finland), and Master of Laws (UiT The Arctic University of Norway, Norway) all in 2021. He is a Chartered Arbitrator of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Nigeria), and holds Masters Certificate from the Lagos Court of Arbitration Training Institute. He has been in active litigation in Nigeria for the past 20 years.
