A bill (H.R. 776) was introduced in the house to require that until a comprehensive study is completed, the volume of cellulosic biofuel mandated under the renewable fuel program be limited to what is commercially available. The bill would affect the latest renewable fuel standards promulgated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
