Heloísa Oliveia

Heloisa received her Ph.D. from the University of Lisbon School of Law, where she is currently a Guest Assistant Professor. Research Fellow at Lisbon Public Law Research Center, where she is the coordinator for the Lisbon Environmental Law Cluster, the Executive Director of the Lisbon Public Law Editions, and the Principal Investigator for the Climate Litigation Observatory and the Legal Roadmap for Sustainability projects. Coordinator Consultant for Environmental Law at the Legal Service of the Portuguese Government and a Member of the IUCN World Commission on Environmental Law and Climate Change Law Network. Research focus on climate litigation, soil protection, and circular economy.
