The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued a proposal which would restrict the type of scientific studies that EPA can use when issuing regulations. Specifically, the proposal would restrict EPA to relying only on scientific research for which the underlying data has been made available to the general public. Comments are due May 30, 2018.
