On November 17, 2022, the U.S. Department of Energy (“DOE”) published data and certain preliminary analytical results related to DOE's evaluation of potential energy conservation standards for portable electric spas (“PESs”). The DOE requests comments, data, and information regarding the data and analysis.
The DOE is accepting written comments and information until January 17, 2023.
