In the preparation, drafting, and finalizing the scoping plan the Climate Action Council must consult with the Environmental Justice Advisory Group, the Climate Justice Working Group and other stakeholders.

Statutory Language:

CLCPA §75-0103(12): “The draft scoping plan shall be developed in consultation with the environmental justice advisory group, and the climate justice working group established pursuant to section 75-0111 of this article and other stakeholders.”
