Armando Rocha

Armando is a Professor of Law at Católica | Lisbon School of Law, with research and publications in the fields of the Law of the Sea, Environmental & Climate Change Law, Public International Law, and Human Rights. Armando is currently involved in a project of climate change law and litigation, in order to understand to what extent can courts act as agents of change, namely by pressuring States to adopt mitigation and adaptation measures, or even by filling regulatory gaps.
