Riccardo Luporini

Riccardo obtained a PhD from the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies with a dissertation dealing with climate change, disasters and human rights under international law. Previously he worked as assistant at the UN International Law Commission and as trainee at DG ECHO, EU Commission.
