On April 23, 2018, E&E News reported that the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is delaying release of federal sustainability reports. Under Executive Order 13693 (signed by President Obama in March 2015), all federal agencies are required to submit annual sustainability reports to OMB, which must make them available online. According to E&E News, at least seven federal agencies, including the Army Corps of Engineers and Department of Housing and Urban Development, submitted reports to OMB almost a year ago. Those reports are, however, yet to be made publicly available by OMB.
