Biden Administration (2021-2024)

On June 1, 2023, the Patent and Trademark Office expanded the Climate Change Mitigation Pilot Program to include more eligible technologies. 88 Fed. Reg. 35,841 (June 1, 2023).

On June 3, 2022, the Patent and Trademark Office launched the Climate Change Mitigation Pilot Program to accelerate review of patent applications for innovations that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate climate change. 87 Fed. Reg. 33,750 (June 3, 2022).
