Gastón Medici-Colombo

Gastón Medici-Colombo is an environmental lawyer from Argentina. His work focuses on environmental and climate change litigation, environmental democracy, human rights, and environmental justice. Gastón holds an LL.B. (National University of Rosario, Argentina), an LL.M. in Environmental Law (Rovira i Virgili University, Spain), and a Ph.D. in Law (Rovira i Virgili University, Spain). Currently, he is Associate Researcher at the Tarragona Centre for Environmental Law Studies (CEDAT) and Legal Analyst at the Climate Change Litigation Initiative (C2LI). As a way of channeling his academic work directly to society, Gastón has provided legal advice to public interest non-governmental organisations in Latin America and Spain and has developed climate education activities.
