Our transdisciplinary focus on the intersection of climate, law, and finance seeks to support the alignment of business and finance to the energy transition, and to embed resiliency measures across all sectors of the economy.
Engagement
- The Sabin Center and EDF jointly submitted a comment letter detailing the risks that climate change poses to the federal supply chain and federal government operations, and describing both the need and the legal support for the FAR Council's proposed rule.
- The Sabin Center submitted a comment letter on behalf of climate scientists and experts explaining how scientists know that human activities are driving global warming, and highlighting climate tools and data that companies use to evaluate climate-related risks to their businesses.
