Clare Schuster

Clare is a law graduate working at Equity Generation Lawyers, a firm that specialises in climate litigation. She is also a fellow at The Australia Institute, an independent, progressive think-tank based in Canberra. In the final year of her studies she wrote her Honours thesis on legal mechanisms and political institutions that could accelerate climate action whilst also strengthening democracy. Recently, she completed the Introduction to Sustainable Finance course delivered by the Public and Third Sector Academy for Sustainable Finance at the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment - University of Oxford. She is passionate about climate litigation and mobilising capital for social change.
