The Sabin Center is hosting Professor Oren Perez, Dean of Bar Ilan University Law Faculty in Israel, in a talk entitled "Extra-Constitutional Commitment Mechanisms: From Climate Change to Artificial Intelligence," concerning what legal or non-legal mechanisms can be employed to commit multiple generations to address problems that will span hundreds of years.
