Description:
The program will review significant developments in New York State and New York City environmental law over the past year. In particular, the panelists will cover implementation of New York State's Climate Leadership & Community Protection Act and New York City's Climate Mobilization Act. The panel will also address New York State environmental regulatory and litigation updates.
