Wan Mohd Zulhafiz bin Wan Zahari.

Wan Mohd Zulhafiz bin Wan Zahari is an Associate Professor of Law and Company Secretary at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), and a current member of the IIUM Climate Change Policy and Law Centre (CCPLC), established under the Erasmus+ project. He holds a PhD in Law, an MBA in Energy Management, and an LLM in Corporate Law, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute (FCIS, CS, CGP). He was previously a Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow at American University Washington College of Law (2024/2025) and a Senior Research Fellow with Harvard Law School’s Program in Islamic Law (Summer 2025). His research focuses on climate law, ESG, and sustainable energy transitions.
