Santiago is a Lawyer, Specialist in the Judiciary, and holds a Master’s degree in Law and Economics of Climate Change (Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences). He also teaches Environmental Law and Energy Transitions and Climate Change at the Faculty of Law, National University of Rosario (Argentina).
He currently work as Secretary at the Office of the Appellate Prosecutor in Rosario (Santa Fe, Argentina). In this jurisdiction, prosecutors are involved in non-criminal environmental litigation, and acts as Coordinator of environmental matters for prosecutors from five cities in the southern region of Santa Fe Province.
