Sam Bookman

Sam is a researcher and practitioner working in the fields of environmental law and constitutional law. His scholarship focuses on the distributive impacts and consequences of climate litigation, with a particular interest on rights-based claims. As Staff Attorney at the Vance Center for International Justice, he has worked on several amicus briefs before regional and national courts, and advised many NGOs on climate law issues.
