Paula Andrea Nieto Hernandez

Paula is a Colombian lawyer with an LLM in Public International Law, dedicated to the protection of human rights. Her professional experience includes two years of litigation in Colombia, focusing on human rights, particularly the right to a healthy environment, as well as criminal cases involving environmental crimes. Currently pursuing a PhD, her research centers on climate adjudication, specifically the judiciary's role in advancing climate justice. Lastly, as a result of her international experiences, besides Spanish, she holds C1 level in English and Italian.
