Prof. Kabir is a well known South Asian Legal Academic. He is an External Academic (AI and Education) at the University of Oxford, and Associate Professor of Law at the LCIT Bilaspur. Prof. Kabir is actively leading high prestigious global projects in the area of Law and Technology, Climate Change and Justice, and Refugee Crisis issues. He worked for the teaching and research purposes in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Turkey, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Dubai, and Bangladesh.
