AREGCBA § 7(6): " For the state distribution and local transmission upgrade program, the commission shall address implementation of such upgrades pursuant to the existing processes under the public service law. The department shall also make recommendations to the Long Island power authority for upgrades for purposes of assisting the state to achieve the CLCPA targets."
