Kristin works for the Oil and Gas Climate Initiative (OGCI), who is acting as the Secretariat for the Oil and Gas Decarbonization Charter (OGDC), a COP28 initiative uniting 56 national and international oil and gas companies to accelerate practical progress on decarbonization. Her work focuses supporting signatories on their decarbonization journey, enhance transparency, and integrate credible climate action across the energy sector. She holds an LLM in Human Rights Law from SOAS University of London, where her research examined how the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights influence corporate climate accountability, with a focus on Milieudefensie v. Shell. She is particularly interested in the intersection of law, policy, and industry in shaping global climate litigation trends.
