Khusniddin obtained my Bachelor's degree in Commercial Law from the Westminster International University in Tashkent. He interned at the Grata International law firm, consulting clients on issues of corporate, commercial, investment and labor law. Following this, he made a shift in his career towards international law and became a university research assistant at his alma mater. He co-authored a research project studying the international law capacity building in Uzbekistan, and taught the Mooting & Advocacy module to law students. He subsequently obtained Amsterdam Merit Scholarship to pursue LL.M. in Public International Law at the University of Amsterdam.
