Juan Pierre

Pierre Juan Didier is a climate policy researcher and stakeholder in the UNFCCC Article 6.4 Mechanism, specializing in climate finance and environmental governance for Small Island Developing States (SIDS). His research focuses on resource allocation optimization for nature-based solutions and climate vulnerability assessment methodologies. As lead author of the Loss and Damage Fund Plan and contributor to the National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (NBSAP), he develops frameworks for climate adaptation and mitigation. His peer-reviewed publications in environmental engineering and climate policy appear in UNFCCC technical papers and the Social Science Research Network, with particular emphasis on quantitative analysis of climate finance mechanisms.
