IRS Issues Notices on Clean Vehicle Tax Credits

On December 29, 2022, the Internal Revenue Service released a notice of intent to propose regulations on the tax credit for new clean vehicles and a notice on the “incremental cost” of vehicles eligible for the commercial clean vehicle tax credit.
