Inès Carter is a Franco-British legal researcher specialising in environmental and international law. She studied both French and UK law through a dual LLB and holds an LL.M in International Law (UK) and a Master II in Environmental Law (France). She has supported legal work at the Council of Europe and conducted research at the Institut Jean Nicod. Now at Milieu Consulting (Brussels), she works as a legal and policy researcher on EU environmental, justice, and human rights projects, linking litigation, jurisprudence, and policy.
