FERC Removes Authorization Requirement for Natural Gas Construction Activities Pending Rehearing

FERC rescinded a Natural Gas Act regulation (pursuant to Section 3 or Section 7), which previously had required the issuance of authorizations for natural-gas construction activities during a rehearing period before the Commission.
