EPA issued final revisions to the 2024 Clean Air Act oil and natural gas regulations (OOOOb/c): extending the allowable temporary flaring limit from 24 to 72 hours, and easing monitoring requirements for vent gas. The ruling also removes the net heat value monitoring exemption for associated gas at well sites.
