EPA Proposes Rule on NESHAP for Fossil Fuel Power Plants

On April 24, 2023, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued a proposed rule to amend the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for coal- and oil-fired electric generating units.
