On May 16, 2024, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published a final rule revising the national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) and establishing updated new source performance standards (NSPS) for various pollutants emitted from the synthetic organic chemical manufacturing industry and polymers and resins industries.
