EPA Denied Petitions to Reconsider Endangerment Finding

In April 2022, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) denied four petitions for reconsideration of the 2009 endangerment finding and cause and contribute finding for greenhouse gas emissions from new motor vehicles.
