EPA announced the extension of seven compliance deadlines in the 2024 Effluent Limitations Guidelines rule for coal-fired power plants. These compliance standards include zero-discharge limitations for flue gas desulfurization wastewater, bottom ash transport water, and combustion residual leachate.
