DOE Announces $100 Million in Federal Funding for Existing Coal Plants

DOE announced a Notice of Funding Opportunity of up to $100 million for refurbishing and modernizing existing coal power plants, following DOE’s September announcement of $625 million allocated to the American coal industry.
