Annika Kamilla Bellot

Annika is a lawyer and Climate change/ Environmental law Consultant from the Commonwealth of Dominica. She was a member of delegation for Dominica and the Alliance of Small Island States (AOSIS) before the ICJ’s advisory opinion on climate change, and was also a member of Dominica’s delegation at COP28 and COP 29 in Dubai, UAE and Baku, Azerbaijan respectively focusing on Article 6, Carbon Markets. In 2021, Annika was awarded Dominica’s sole Chevening scholar and earned a Master of Law in Environmental Law, Policy & Governance from the Birkbeck College - University of London.
