Ankita is a lawyer licensed to practice in Ontario. She has clerked at the Court of Appeal for Ontario for Justices Sarah E. Pepall, David M. Brown and Benjamin Zarnett and the Supreme Court of Canada for Chief Justice Richard Wagner. She is currently pursuing her LL.M. at Harvard Law School and the Chair of the Advocacy Committee for Canadian Lawyers for International Human Rights. Ankita’s legal interests are in climate change, business and human rights, corporate governance, privacy and law and technology and she has presented her research in conferences internationally.
