Align regulatory frameworks with Climate Act goals and requirements

Review existing energy efficiency, building electrification, and resiliency regulations and modify those frameworks as needed to align with the goals and requirements of the Climate Act

Page 197: "The State should identify and pursue modifications to regulatory frameworks for energy efficiency, building electrification, and resiliency programs to further align the programs with Climate Act goals and requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, attention to accounting holistically for the societal costs and benefits of building energy upgrades, including health impacts associated with outdoor and indoor air quality and thermal comfort."
